ELIGIBILITY

FIG. T3 · Who may use it

You must be at least 13 years old to use Axon. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use Axon only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. By using Axon, you represent that you meet these requirements and that you can enter into these terms.

You are responsible for your account, your connected services, and anyone who uses Axon through your account or devices. Keep your credentials secure and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

THE SERVICE

FIG. T4 · What Axon provides

Axon is an AI agent that can research, create files, operate a browser, connect to services you authorize, run scheduled work, and perform other tasks you request. The service may change over time. Features may be added, changed, suspended, or removed. We do not guarantee that any feature will remain available forever.

Axon may use third-party services to provide parts of the service. Your use of a connected service is also governed by that service's terms and policies.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to use Axon to:

Break any law or violate the rights of another person.
Access accounts, systems, or data you are not authorized to access.
Send spam, phishing, malware, or deceptive content.
Harass, threaten, defraud, or harm another person.
Infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights.
Bypass security controls, rate limits, or access restrictions.
Process sensitive data you are not legally permitted to process.
Interfere with the service or use it to attack another system.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms or if your use creates risk for Axon, another user, or a third party.

YOUR CONTENT & OUTPUT

FIG. T6 · Ownership

YOUR CONTENT You keep ownership of the files, messages, data, and other content you provide. You grant us the permission needed to process it to provide the service.

OUTPUT As between you and us, you own the outputs Axon creates for you, subject to any rights held by third parties and the terms of connected services.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY You are responsible for how you use outputs and for ensuring you have the rights needed to provide input and use the result.

FEEDBACK If you send product feedback, we may use it to improve Axon without obligation to you.

AI LIMITATIONS

FIG. T7 · What AI cannot promise

Axon uses AI and automated tools. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or unsuitable for your purpose. Axon is not a lawyer, doctor, accountant, financial adviser, or other licensed professional, and it does not provide professional advice. You are responsible for verifying outputs and for any decision or action you take based on them.

Axon may take actions in connected accounts or on websites when you ask it to. You are responsible for reviewing and approving actions that have legal, financial, or other significant consequences.

PRICING & PAYMENT

FIG. T8 · Cost

Axon is currently free to start. No card is required and no trial timer applies. If we introduce paid features, we will show the price and terms before you are charged, and you will not be charged without your authorization. Third-party services you connect may charge you under their own terms.

AVAILABILITY

FIG. T9 · Service levels

Axon is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service may be unavailable during maintenance, outages, provider failures, or events outside our control. We may suspend or discontinue all or part of the service at any time.

TERMINATION

FIG. T10 · Ending use

You may stop using Axon at any time and may ask us to delete your data. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, if required by law, or if continuing to provide the service would create risk or harm. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and governing law, will survive.

DISCLAIMERS

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axon is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that outputs are accurate, that the service will meet your requirements, or that data will never be lost.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of Axon will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from or related to your use of Axon, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to Axon will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim or one hundred United States dollars (USD 100).

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is not permitted.

INDEMNITY

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator of Axon from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the service, your content, your connected accounts, or your violation of these terms or the rights of another person.

GOVERNING LAW

FIG. T14 · Legal framework

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights in your country, the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria, will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or the service.

Before starting a formal proceeding, you agree to contact us at amosayomide05@gmail.com and give us thirty days to try to resolve the dispute informally.

CHANGES

FIG. T15 · Updates

We may update these terms as Axon changes. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide clear notice where we can. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree, stop using Axon.

GENERAL

FIG. T16 · The rest

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these terms without our consent. We may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition, or transfer of the service. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the service.

We are not responsible for events beyond our reasonable control, including network failures, service outages, labor disputes, natural events, or government action.
